Writing
Ghostwriting as another facet gives me the opportunity to step into the shoes of somebody else - clients for whom I write speech-scripts. This work creates the most fruitful synergy between my best skills as coach and author!
I practise Meditative Journaling since my early twenties. I love those tranquil times in the morning in dialogue with an expanded consciousness.
This special kind of writing has assisted me to deepen my intuition, the connection with my Inner Compass, to discover other levels of consciousness beyond my daily reality, and to accept full responsibility for my WELL - + - BEING based on a deeper knowing and loving of myself.
I am deeply convinced that Meditative Journaling has an important impact on Mental Health!
